We decided to turn our 3rd floor into a game room! This space boasts of a Wii U, 3-in-1 game table, train table, hanging chairs, and a full bathroom (please note shorter ceilings in some places).

When you walk in the front door, you will be greeted by a cozy family room with two queen sized pull-out-couches. This area also offers an entryway sitting area and a 60in smart TV.

bedrooms
Our 3 primary bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor. Two rooms have a queen bed, and one bedroom has two queen beds. Bedroom #4 is on the main level, and has twin trundle beds. The living room has two queen sleeper sofas. All bedrooms have queen mattresses, dressers, smart TVs, and nightstands with smart lamps.

Our home offers three full bathrooms. One bathroom is upstairs with the bedrooms, one is on the third floor off the game room, and the last is on the main level. Each bathroom is fully stocked with fresh towels (15 sets total in the house), shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

Laundry & Parking
First floor washer and dryer available with enough detergent to start off your stay. Ironing board and iron are also accessible in the laundry closet for your convenience.
Free, off-street parking in the driveway (room for 3-4 vehicles). Free parking in the street as well. The garage is not accessible to guests.

Guest access
All areas of the main floor and two upper-levels of the house are open for guests to use. The basement and garage however, are restricted for housekeeping supplies and will remain locked during your stay.

Our home has three (3) exterior security cameras. One faces the driveway, one is on the S side of the house, and the last is a doorbell camera. We DO NOT monitor the patio/hot tub. Our goal is to keep the house safe, while respecting your privacy.
RESERVATION DEPOSIT
Please note: every reservation requires a $300 security deposit. We will send a request for the deposit one week prior to check-in. Access to the property will not be granted until it is paid. The security deposit will be fully refunded within 5 business days following check-out, assuming no damages are incurred during your stay
