At the bottom of each property page you will find a calendar. Simply select the dates you would like to stay, and click “request to book.” Once your request is submitted, we will communicate back with payment and booking details.
Please note: every reservation requires a $300 security deposit. We will send a request for the deposit one week prior to check-in. Access to the property will not be granted until it is paid. The security deposit will be fully refunded within 5 business days following check-out, assuming no damages are incurred during your stay
Full refund (minus 3% processing fee from vendor) for cancellations made within 24 hours after booking is accepted
Full refund (minus 3% processing fee from vendor) for cancellations up to 14 days before check-in. No refund after that.
We do not give refunds or allow rescheduling of dates for inclement weather (snow, tornado, earthquake, etc, power outages, disruptions to amenities, Acts of God, accidental damage, accidents, injuries, break downs, medical emergencies, no shows and or early departures for any reason, or any other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, we strongly recommend a company that provides travel protection/insurance, this will protect your investment.

Payments are processed through Stripe. We accept all major credit cards, money orders and certified checks.
No pets are allowed in our properties at this time.
The rental agreement will be sent in an email as a link, along with other booking information.

Hot Tub House Rules
– No glass in or around the hot tub
– Do not sit/stand on the lid. It is designed for insulation, not weight
– No soaps, dyes, bubbles, etc are to be added to the water
– Limit of 6 persons allowed in spa at any single given time
– Food & drink is not to be consumed while in the spa
– Enjoy at your own risk. We are not responsible for accidents or injury
