Within two miles of the Iowa Event Center, Wells Fargo Arena & Hospitals. Ten minutes from the Airport. Walking distance to many local restaurants, shops and parks.

We decided to make our 4th bedroom multi-functional. Located on the 1st floor, with a queen sleeper sofa, smart TV, Nintendo Wii, Simpsons 4 player arcade game, and various board games.

When you walk in the front door, you will be greeted by a cozy family room with a queen sized pull-out-couch. This area also offers a dedicated workspace, electric fireplace and a 42in smart TV.

Our 3 primary bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor. Bedroom #4 is on the main level (also the game room), and has a queen sleeper sofa. Additionally, there is a 2nd sleeper sofa in the living room. All bedrooms have queen mattresses, dressers, smart TVs, and nightstands with smart lamps to easily charge your phone at night.

Our home offers two full bathrooms. One bathroom is upstairs with the bedrooms, and the other is on the main level. Each bathroom is fully stocked with fresh towels (10 sets total in the house), shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

Laundry & Parking
First floor washer and dryer available with enough detergent to start off your stay. Ironing board and iron are also accessible in the laundry closet for your convenience.
Free, off-street parking in the driveway. The garage is not accessible to guests.

Guest access
All areas of the main floor and upper-level of the house are open for guests to use. The basement and garage however, are restricted for housekeeping supplies and will remain locked during your stay.
sECURITY
Our home has three (3) exterior security cameras. One faces the driveway, one is on the E side of the house, and the last is a doorbell camera. We DO NOT monitor the patio/hot tub. Our goal is to keep the house safe, while respecting your privacy.
RESERVATION DEPOSIT
Please note: every reservation requires a $300 security deposit. We will send a request for the deposit one week prior to check-in. Access to the property will not be granted until it is paid. The security deposit will be fully refunded within 5 business days following check-out, assuming no damages are incurred during your stay
